We raise Angus cattle on native grass and finish them on our own hay. Buy a share for your freezer, pick up hay by the bale, or stay a few nights by the water.
Prices are all in: the beef, processing, and cutting the way you like it. Shares are sold until the herd is spoken for, usually by early October.
Final price is $4.60 per pound hanging weight plus processing, so your total may run a little over or under the estimate. Not ready for a share? We sell 10 lb ground beef bundles for $75 and a steak sampler box for $120 year-round.
Brome and alfalfa mix from our own fields, put up dry and stored in the barn. Good for horses, cattle and goats. Load it yourself at the yard, or we can deliver within 30 miles.
